Sage Sisters

Sage Sisters is the sister group to Plymouth Red Tent. All women are welcome at Plymouth Red Tent but Sage sisters is a separate space for women who are experiencing menopause, peri menopause or post menopause. It is a community that offers support, friendship and sisterhood. Together we gather in circle to share stories, listen, cry, laugh, and hold each other in a safe, judgement-free space.
