By completing this form you give us permission to store your details and use your details in line with our Snapdragons GDPR policy. If you do not renew your membership within 12m of expiry, we will remove your details from our systems. Please note that by completing this form you give us permission to upload your details to the LIBIB app for use of the library, unless you explicitly request us not to do so, in writing.

If at any time you wish to end your membership prior to the 12m expiry, please contact us in writing.
