In our March Crowdfunder the lovely Eve, local death midwife, offered to run a workshop on death and dying at Snapdragons, and this month we gathered together to make it happen.
It was fascinating to hear of Eve's experience of sitting Tangi for her parents in New Zealand, to learn how other cultures experience the death and dying process and what the law says (or doesn't say!) around the death process here in England.
We covered lots of topics in the time we had together, from being prepared and leaving guidance for loved ones left behind, to whether we need to use funeral directors.
It was a very informative workshop and Eve handled the subject very sensitively. Thank you to Eve and to all the supporters who bought a ticket to attend. We appreciate your support!
